Should neighboring businesses use the same Name in their submission?

If not, how should they link to the "umbrella" submission?

  Thanks for writing and for your interest in the ConnectNYC Fiber Challenge. Each organization needs to enter its own submission. Submissions from neighboring businesses will not be tied together via an umbrella submission.
