Relocation

I am in a temporary residence, like is the case with most Sandy affected businesses. Can we transfer the connection once we move to a more permanent residence?

  Hi Maria,

  Thanks for writing. You can apply for your permanent location if you have a lease (or for your temporary location if you have a lease/sublease). However, since getting the fiber requires build-out, it's not possible to transfer it. The one-time build-out is tied to the location.
